Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof. Until then possible workemissions.

Tram n. 10 stops literally at the doorstep (to the Airport). The best spot to explore Zurich or Switzerland or attend courses at ETH.
