The house is a two-storey building. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with a dining room, a living room, a fireplace and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a large wardrobe in the hall, a bathroom + a separate toilet, a children's corner. From the living room, you can exit to the observation deck, where you will find a barbecue, TV, trampoline, large fenced garden, garden furniture, playground, and a place for a bonfire. Folwark Soblówka is the perfect place for anyone who wants to experience peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday rush. The Agat cottage is located at an altitude of 820m above sea level, which means that it is surrounded by mountains, vast wild meadows and dense forests. There are hiking trails nearby, e.g. to Rycerzowa. In summer, in addition to mountain trips, an interesting attraction is the nearby Geo-Park Glinka.
