Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in 10th arrondissement

Guy and Fadia are adorable hosts, we always felt very comfortable, the two always took great care of us. It was beautiful to hear their stories and get inspired by their experience. It's definitely not a given what they do for their guests. The warmth, the accommodating, their stories, and much more have made us feel. If you want to spend a nice time in Paris and at the same time get to know an authentic host family, you are very well taken care of. I highly recommend everyone to have this experience, we really enjoyed it and we would repeat it at every opportunity. Many thanks to the two of you.

Silvia and her family were very lovely and welcoming to us! Their place is in a great spot, very central to everything. The room was as described and tidy, although the bed was very small if you are staying for 2 people. Overall great stay, we enjoyed our time.

Anne’s place is amazing. Very clean. The location is great, very close to Montmartre and metro station. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby - not to mention this place is very beautiful

Nathalie was a fantastic host throughout, very laid back when we needed to check in late, or to leave our cases after the check-out time on the last day. The apartment is literally a minute's walk from the Metro station, with big airy rooms, a piano and lots of books if you want to practice your French. I have to say though that Nathalie's English is much better than my French! Third floor, so it might deter people with mobility issues, but this was not a difficulty for us. Merci bien Nathalie!

An exceptional location, quiet and close to restaurants and the basilica, in a pedestrian area. One upstairs bedroom with all the amenities to be comfortable. And above all, very welcoming hosts, who helped me in choosing my itinerary to reach Paris on foot, and with whom I was able to discuss theater culture and escapism. A very nice meeting, which I highly recommend.

We had a great stay in this lovely little apartment. It is very easy to access, is above all well placed, in a quiet area. Thanks again to Aymeric for being so kind and responsive to all our requests. We would definitely recommend to stay at this apartment!

What a great find! All of the employees at this establishment were cheerful and friendly, eager to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and bright, with a lovely street view. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were amenities nearby the hotel and the metro was just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel---it was the best weeklong rental we could have secured. We will return!

Alain was a great host, he helped get my luggage with from a local cafe. He was kind and thoughtful. His place is perfect for a queer/gay person like me. He’s a talented photographer with an eye for beauty. I recommend his spot and hope he will have me again. The train and bus are right outside and I couldn’t ask for a better place with a view of the very top of the Eiffle tower. Alain thanks for making my trip to Paris Amazing

Thank you for a great days in Paris. Morgan was always helpful, available, and flexible. He was so gracious and we always met a smile when he was ready with a nice breakfast. The place was in an incredibly nice area, and despite the nearby nightlife venues, it was always quiet and calm at night. A small room, with a very small bathroom but everything was fresh, clean and newly renovated. So unless you need some space, this place is perfect. Will be happy to come back. Thank you.

The pictures do not do any justice for how beautiful the view is. Both Odile and Armel were amazing hosts - we woke up every morning smelling the fresh croissants. The 4 days I spent in Paris with my brother at Philippe and Emmanuel's will have been excellent! The apartment is already superb, but I am not used to sharing the space with the owners, it was a successful first experience. Philippe is the best host you could hope for. Welcoming, helpful, heart on hand... it's also very interesting to chat with him. The icing on the cake, learning that I used to take lemon juice every morning, he went the same day to look especially for me. A rare attention that deserves to be highlighted. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb hosted by a lovely couple. From the moment I arrived, their hospitality was heartfelt and genuine—they truly made me feel like part of the family. What stood out most was Catherine’s incredible talent for baking. Each morning, I was greeted with the smell of fresh bread, and other homemade treats that tasted just as good as they smelled. It felt like waking up in a cozy countryside bakery every day. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged with everything I needed. But it was the warmth of the hosts that made the stay unforgettable. They were kind, attentive, and always happy to chat or offer local recommendations. If you're looking for a peaceful, welcoming place with the bonus of delicious homemade baked goods, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a hidden gem that feels like home.

Of all my travels around the world, it has undoubtedly been the best experience, the friendliness, kindness, attention, details that our hosts had has been unparalleled, respectful, attentive, always attentive to our needs, a very nice, clean home, I felt much better than at home. We never lacked a tea, no coffee, its bread with butter and jam certainly the best! We hope they give us the chance to stay with them again on our return. I hope life gives us the opportunity to meet again. Heartfelt thank you.

Hélène and Jérôme are the ultimate hosts, exceeding all our expectations, which were already high based upon others reviews. The pictures you see are an understatement — the views you experience in person are even more spectacular. Their entire penthouse was immaculate and they have intricately planned every detail from top to bottom. I could go into vivid descriptions, but like Paris, some things must be experienced to be truly understood (also I would not want to spoil any of the wonderful surprises). The only drawback, if you can call it that, is that everything was so perfect we never wanted to leave…. not during our stay, not after it was sadly over. If you are lucky enough to happen upon an opportunity to indulge yourself or spoil a loved one, do not hesitate.

Fantastic modern spacious room in the outskirts of the main city centre of Paris. Easily accessible by metro. Very quiet and private. Jean-Michel, David's partner, was very welcoming as he was around for our visit, and they have the cutest little boy.
