Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in 11th arrondissement

Guy und Fadia sind bezaubernde Gastgeber, wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt, die beiden haben sich immer sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Es war wunderschön ihre Geschichten zu hören und sich von ihrer Erfahrung inspirieren zu lassen. Es ist definitiv nicht selbstverständlich was sie für ihre Gäste machen. Die Herzlichkeit, das Zuvorkommende, ihre Geschichten und noch viel mehr haben sie uns ins Herz schließen lassen. Wer eine schöne Zeit in Paris verbringen und gleichzeitig eine authentische Gastfamilie kennenlernen möchte ist bei den sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich kann jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen diese Erfahrung zu machen, uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es bei jeder Gelegenheit wiederholen. Vielen Dank den beiden.

The hosts are super nice, and the kid is really friendly and helpful in showing me around the room and facilities. Honestly, this is the best place I’ve stayed at in Paris! The location is amazing as well. It’s convenient for getting to all the popular sights, and taking a walk along the river is such a lovely option!!

Der Aufenthalt bei Anne war sehr schön. Ihr Apartment hat die perfekte Lage, ist charmant eingerichtet und man kann auf dem Balkon über die Dächer von Paris schauen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Nathalie was a fantastic host throughout, very laid back when we needed to check in late, or to leave our cases after the check-out time on the last day. The apartment is literally a minute's walk from the Metro station, with big airy rooms, a piano and lots of books if you want to practice your French. I have to say though that Nathalie's English is much better than my French! Third floor, so it might deter people with mobility issues, but this was not a difficulty for us. Merci bien Nathalie!

Un emplacement exceptionnel, au calme et proche de restaurants et de la basilique, dans un quartier piéton. Une chambre à l'étage avec toutes les commodités pour être à l'aise. Et surtout, des hôtes très accueillants, qui m'ont aidé dans le choix de mon itinéraire pour rejoindre Paris à pied, et avec lesquels j'ai pu discuter culture théâtre et évasion. Une très belle rencontre, que je recommande très fortement.

Nous avons passé un excellente séjour dans ce jolie petit appartement. Il est très facile d’accès, est surtout bien placé, au calme. Merci encore a Aymeric d’avoir été aussi bienveillant et réactif à toutes nos demandes. Nous vous recommandons vivement de séjourner dans cet appartement !

Catherine est une personne très accueillante et gentille. Notre chambre (et la maison bien sûr) était super propre, dans une maison très calme et près des bus pour aller prendre le métro et se rendre à Paris.

What a great find! All of the employees at this establishment were cheerful and friendly, eager to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and bright, with a lovely street view. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were amenities nearby the hotel and the metro was just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel---it was the best weeklong rental we could have secured. We will return!

Alain was a great host, he helped get my luggage with from a local cafe. He was kind and thoughtful. His place is perfect for a queer/gay person like me. He’s a talented photographer with an eye for beauty. I recommend his spot and hope he will have me again. The train and bus are right outside and I couldn’t ask for a better place with a view of the very top of the Eiffle tower. Alain thanks for making my trip to Paris Amazing

The pictures do not do any justice for how beautiful the view is. Both Odile and Armel were amazing hosts - we woke up every morning smelling the fresh croissants. Les 4 jours que j'ai passé à Paris en compagnie de mon frère chez Philippe et Emmanuel auront été excellent ! L'appartement est déjà superbe, mais moi qui ne suis pas habitué à partager le logement avec les propriétaires, c'était une première expérience réussie. Philippe est le meilleur hôte que vous pourriez espérer. Acceuillant, serviable, le coeur sur la main... il est aussi très intéressant de discuter avec lui. Cerise sur le gâteau, en apprenant que j'avais pour habitude de prendre un jus de citron tous les matins, il est allé le jour même en chercher spécialement pour moi. Une attention rare qui mérite d'être soulignée. Merci Philippe, portez vous bien vous et votre famille, et à la prochaine !

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb hosted by a lovely couple. From the moment I arrived, their hospitality was heartfelt and genuine—they truly made me feel like part of the family. What stood out most was Catherine’s incredible talent for baking. Each morning, I was greeted with the smell of fresh bread, and other homemade treats that tasted just as good as they smelled. It felt like waking up in a cozy countryside bakery every day. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged with everything I needed. But it was the warmth of the hosts that made the stay unforgettable. They were kind, attentive, and always happy to chat or offer local recommendations. If you're looking for a peaceful, welcoming place with the bonus of delicious homemade baked goods, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a hidden gem that feels like home.

L’appartement de Martine et Karim était juste géniale. Le métro se situe à 5 minutes à pied avec un accès directe à toute la ville ! Martine et Karim nous on accueilli avec des instructions très clair et plein de chouette adresse. Ils avaient laissé de quoi se nourrir pour le petit déjeuner, tout l’équipement nécessaire et présent dans l’appartement. Nous recommandons !!!

Tolle Atmosphäre! Sehr nette Gastgeber. Man fühlte sich wie bei guten Freunden zu Gast. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war ausgezeichnet. Die Gastgeberin hat uns bei allen Fragen rund um die Geflogenheiten in Paris und im öffentlichen Nahverkehr tatkräftig unterstützt und uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Super leckeres Frühstück - fantastische Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Seine. Vom Zimmer konnten wir abends den beleuchteten Eiffelturm und den Montmartre bewundern. Pariserlebnis wie im Film! Wir waren bei echten Franzosen zuhause und haben die Zeit sehr genossen!

De todos mis viajes por el mundo, sin duda alguna ha sido la mejor experiencia, la cordialidad, amabilidad, atención, detalles que tuvieron nuestros anfitriones ha sido inigualables, respetuosos, atentos, siempre al pendiente de nuestras necesidades, un hogar muy bonito, limpio, me sentí mucho mejor que en casa. Nunca nos faltó un té, ni un café, su pan con mantequilla y mermelada sin duda los mejores! Esperamos que nos vuelvan a dar la oportunidad de hospedarnos con ellos a nuestro regreso. Espero que la vida nos dé la oportunidad de volver a encontrarnos. De corazón muchas gracias.

Hélène and Jérôme are the ultimate hosts, exceeding all our expectations, which were already high based upon others reviews. The pictures you see are an understatement — the views you experience in person are even more spectacular. Their entire penthouse was immaculate and they have intricately planned every detail from top to bottom. I could go into vivid descriptions, but like Paris, some things must be experienced to be truly understood (also I would not want to spoil any of the wonderful surprises). The only drawback, if you can call it that, is that everything was so perfect we never wanted to leave…. not during our stay, not after it was sadly over. If you are lucky enough to happen upon an opportunity to indulge yourself or spoil a loved one, do not hesitate.

Charming historic house with modern amenities. Isabelle was very friendly, helpful, greeted us and showed us the functioning of the house. House was clean. With coffee and tea provided. Safe neighborhood. Location next to major attractions. Isabelle is a great host. Highly recommended

Karine is warm and delightful. Her home is a wonderful place to stay if you’re just getting used to traveling solo or if you want somewhere that feels a little more like a home. Highly recommend :)

Fantastic modern spacious room in the outskirts of the main city centre of Paris. Easily accessible by metro. Very quiet and private. Jean-Michel, David's partner, was very welcoming as he was around for our visit, and they have the cutest little boy.

As a girl who travelling alone, staying at Ouahida's make me feel really safe, the area was also very safe. I was able to walk home late night without being worried. Ouahida is very helpful and welcoming. I had a pleasant stay with her and I would definitely recommend and if I m coming back to Paris I d stay with her again. The place is very close to the Metro station (where the bus to the Beauvais airport also there). Highly recommend 👌
