On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen/living room, a dining room, a single sofa bed, and a bathroom. Upstairs very comfortable bedroom, double bed, air conditioning, plenty of storage. TV / Wifi Fiber. Outside, a dining and sunbathing area with a view. We would like to clarify that this is a genuine second home and not a rental investment.

Located in a very typical and charming valley overlooked by Notre Dame de la Garde at 15 minutes walk from the Vieux Port and the beach. We enjoyed renovating the house and gardening to make it a cosy place both indoors and outdoors. Shops and public transportation around the corner, Saint Victor restaurants and bars very closeby, you will enjoy visiting the town walking and living outdoors in a very quiet sunny place. Typical of the old Marseille hilly area, access to the house by stairs.

Absolute quietness, 20mn walking from the old port, tram and metro 2mn, restaurants and living area at 5 mn walking. You have to walk through one bedroom to enter the 2nd one. 1WC en each level. Garden shared with the owner who lives accross the garden.
