Au Rdc cuisine ouverte sur séjour, salle à manger, canapé lit 1place , salle de bain. À l’étage chambre très confortable, lit double, clim, nombreux rangements. TV / Wifi Fibre. A l'extérieur coin repas et bronzette avec vue. Nous tenons à préciser qu’il s’agit d’une véritable résidence secondaire et non d’un investissement locatif.

Located in a very typical and charming valley overlooked by Notre Dame de la Garde at 15 minutes walk from the Vieux Port and the beach. We enjoyed renovating the house and gardening to make it a cosy place both indoors and outdoors. Shops and public transportation around the corner, Saint Victor restaurants and bars very closeby, you will enjoy visiting the town walking and living outdoors in a very quiet sunny place. Typical of the old Marseille hilly area, access to the house by stairs.

Completely renovated, it is conveniently located at the entrance, a 2-minute walk from the small port, beaches and departure of the coves.
