The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! Charmant appartement totalement équipé, bien situé dans un quartier calme. Plusieurs métros/bus, commerces, restaurants. Clair, lumineux et calme. Il compte tout le confort nécessaire pour une famille de 4 personnes. Il est constitué d'une entrée, un salon lumineux, une chambre, une cuisine, une salle de douche, un WC séparé. Le logement se trouve au 4e étage d'un immeuble ancien sans ascenseur. Linge de lit et linge de toilette fournis. Literie de haute qualité.

Located next to the Place de Wagram, the apartment is situated in a very convenient yet quiet location, close to the Arc de Triomphe, the Monceau Park, the flea market of Batignolles and the shops of Rue Levy. In a few minutes you can reach the Madeleine, Opéra Garnier, the department stores and Place de la Concorde. The S-Bahn line RER C, just 100 meters from the apartment, takes you to the Eiffelturm in 10 minutes.
