Ideally located 3mns walk from metro line 1, which will take you directly to the Louvre & Champs Élysée in 15/20mns. It is also located near the Woods of Vincennes. The accommodation is well equipped for you to have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Halfway between the iconic squares of République and Nation, our accommodation is a haven of peace, ideal for stays for families or groups of friends. It is far from the urban hustle and bustle and close to all amenities (bar, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, metro...). Parking is available in the building for an additional fee.

Paris 12th apartment

We welcome you to this atypical 30 m2 apartment, located in our house but totally independent, close to Place de la Nation, Coulée Verte Renée Dumont, Zoo and Bois de Vincennes. On a typical Parisian street, very cute and very quiet (one-way, no cars parked), the apartment was completely refurbished in 2024. The location is ideal for being quiet in Paris while being close to the metro lines that lead to the most lively neighborhoods in Paris.

It is also located near the Bois de Vincennes if you want to get some fresh air in the evening for a picnic or a digestive walk. If you visit Paris, you will be close to line 1, the tram or bus 86 which takes you to St Germain des Prés via Place de la Bastille. Many excellent shops nearby.
