Superbe appartement haussmannien, rénové par un architecte, décoration design, offrant calme et tranquillité sur cour pour 2 personnes. Ascenseur et lit queen size. Idéalement situé sur le « Square Trousseau », à proximité du célèbre marché d'Aligre et du Marais. Nombreux excellents restaurants, bars à vins.Métro ligne 8 à 2 minutes. Parc arboré en face de l'immeuble. Quartier vivant, central et très bien desservi. J'essaie d’accorder de la flexibilité à mes touristes pour les check-ins/outs.

We welcome you to this atypical 30 m2 apartment, located in our house but totally independent, close to Place de la Nation, Coulée Verte Renée Dumont, Zoo and Bois de Vincennes. On a typical Parisian street, very cute and very quiet (one-way, no cars parked), the apartment was completely refurbished in 2024. The location is ideal for being quiet in Paris while being close to the metro lines that lead to the most lively neighborhoods in Paris.
