Very nice accommodation, well equipped and very bright. We are far from the standard impersonal accommodation, we feel AT HOME IN a local. This accommodation has a soul. I highly recommend it.

We stay here 7night on Dec. This area is very safety and convenient. This apartment is so warm by heater in winter Paris. David did so kind and flexible. He told me good restaurant and cafe. And he ajusted our checkin time and checkout time flexibly. I want to stay again.

Great place to stay, very safe and quiet. Top location with many sightseeings around. Appartments was very clean and set right mood for trip right from the start. Host is very friendly and always ready to help, gave nice advices on what places to visit. Would be happy to stay again, place is really worth it's price! Thank you!

Jay's place was great for our family of 4. Room for everyone to spread out some during our restful times and breaks. Across the street from the metro and Tuileries Gardens. Necessities like groceries and restaurants were convenient.

Apartments like Sophie's are the reason why we never stay in hotels. It felt like coming home, it was so comfortable and quiet despite being in a chic busy part of town near the Eiffel Tower. We spent all of our time on the terrace staring at the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. I'm so happy I canceled a prior booking and booked this apartment when it became available. Sophie's place was centrally located to all the other arrondisements that we wanted to visit, nothing was more than 30 minutes away! We are looking to definitely book this again and I've recommended it to all of my friends! Sophie was so sweet and left a great collection of drinks, fruits , candies and food for us on arrival. And she gave my kid a welcome gift and even sent one home for my son. It was these small touches that really made our stay special!

One of the best Airbnb’s that we’ve ever stayed. Location was perfect for our family! We loved staying in the 16th & enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping. The views were the best in Paris! We loved being on the Seine River and seeing the prefect, unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower! We used all of the balconies. Helene was a great host. She provided details on both arrival and departure. We enjoyed her hospitality with leaving us some stocked items in the kitchen. Highly recommend to anyone! We have already referred some friends to stay here! Thank you Helene!

Ideal location. Clean, bright studio with an amazing view of Notre Dame and the Seine. Walkable neighborhood with great restaurants. It was perfect!

Mehdi’s place was great, and he was very communicative!! There’s a great view of the tower and it was lovely to see light up at night. Unfortunately, the water wasn’t working during the day due to a pipe bursting in the neighborhood. There was noise in the morning to fix it, but this was absolutely no fault of his, and he was very sorry about the whole situation. The WiFi was also out, but again, no fault of the host!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very clean, quiet, and had a perfect location—just a 5-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and 10 minutes from a shopping street. There is also a supermarket conveniently located on the ground floor. The apartment had everything I needed, including kitchenware, towels, household essentials, an iron, and more. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to all my messages. If I visit Paris again, I will definitely stay here! Highly recommended!

My daughter and I had a comfortable stay in Paris at Fred’s place. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants and bakeries. It’s conveniently located by metro stations — but also easy to walk to many other wonderful destinations. Having a small elevator in the building was very helpful for getting luggage up to the apartment. Fred was very friendly and welcoming.

We loved every minute at Pascal’s apartment!! The view of Invalides from the living room was wonderful! The view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom was just as wonderful! You can’t beat a five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. 2 minute walk to the Metro made it easy to get anywhere in the city. Amazing and responsive hosts. We can’t wait to return.

This was a real treasure of a find! The apartment was very tastefully set up to feel as though it was our own private escape. It was very thoughtfully equipped with everything we could have needed. The location made exploring Paris on foot an easy experience. Margherita and Paolo approach their hosting in a way which feels personal yet efficient and thoughtful. We are already dreaming of our next visit.

The three of us had a very nice time, at Frederique's place in Chaville. Very fast train connection to Paris, nicely decorated house and close to nature. Definitely recommended

Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

Everything was great. The location is perfect and the access too.

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

The apartment is really nice, furnished and equipped in a personal way. It just takes a little courage to climb the six floors, but for two people, a couple or a person with children... , it's ideal.

Stéphanie is a cool, very pleasant host who welcomed us very warmly. the apartment is true to the descriptions with unlimited pool access! located at the bottom of a courtyard the apartment is quiet with access to the metro 2 a stone's throw away. clean, functional and secure apartment. i recommend ++++ Thank you, Stephanie

Our stay at Stephanie’s was absolute magic. The apartment is extremely beautiful and homey at the same time, and it was just a pleasure spend time in it. Worth nothing is that it was spotless clean. Stephanie was the most wonderful host, always responsive, very helpful and friendly and most of all thoughtful and considerate to our needs. We traveled with 2 young kids and Stephanie suggested an abundance of fun activities and kid-friendly places to eat. She put a lot of thought in her suggestions and I have to say that all her recommendations were great! It was truly a special visit and I cannot recommend this stay highly enough- it was perfect!
