Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Peaceful and private hideout at the foothill of Montmartre. This unique appartement has been home and inspiration for world famous painters, poets and film makers. Equipped with: cozy Queen-size bed, with all natural fabrics, kitchen corner, a bathroom and WC. On the small balcony you can eat or read outside and look at Paris' roofs. The mural painting is from one of Latin America’s greatest masters, Guillermo Olguin. The gifted interior designer is also your co host, Victoria Senoret.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ... Apartment in the heart of Paris in the typical Marais, ideally located for its ready-to-wear shops and restaurants open 7 days a week. Renovated apartment, exposed beams, stone walls, mezzanine with glass roof, open kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 bathrooms, 10 minutes from Notre Dame, 7 minutes from the town hall, 5 minutes from Beaubourg. metro at 3mn. Le Saint-Landry is a two bedroom flat built on 2 levels in the historical heart of Paris, the Ile de la Cite, mostly famous for housing Notre-Dame. Seven windows, of which two are along the quai aux Fleurs and face the Hotel de Ville, allow the apartment to be flooded with light. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first Paris harbor.
