Resat's place was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were of high quality. Everything very clean, you felt immediately welcome and at home! Resat is a great, accommodating and outstanding host who rents out his house with all his heart. In the area you also felt right at home, the city and surroundings are magnificent! We will be very, very happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment!!!

We spent part of our Honeymoon in this beautiful place. The house is located in a quiet, sweet area right by the ocean and close to many beaches and cute small towns. The Accomodation itself is incredibly cozy, much nicer even than in the pictures! Everything is extremely clean and well equipped for a long or short stay. AC, Kitchen, Bathroom etc. all way above average most Airbnb’s. The Hosts themselves are the warmest, friendliest people you could imagine. They made sure we had some food in the fridge and even prepared a meal, since we arrived quite late on our first day. They somehow managed to both leave us in complete privacy and also check in to see if we were alright. They even gave us a souvenir gift in the end to remember our stay by. We shall return with our firstborn child.

As a large group, we preferred Mr. Halil's house and we are very satisfied. The house is very spacious and clean. The terrace view is beautiful that you can't find in Izmir. The kitchen and bathroom have everything to meet the basic needs. In short, if you're looking for a home in this location, you don't need to look for other options. Mr. Halil is a very interested host, you will feel at home of a friend.

Mr. Serkan's communication was quite good. The house was clean and tidy. It was very enjoyable to sit on the balcony. It was a great benefit that it was in a quiet place. We just thought it would be in a more central place. But walking a bit was not a problem for us. Thank you so much for everything
