Welkom in het bosrijke Exloo, gelegen op de Hondsrug in Drenthe. Wij wonen zelf in het monumentale treinstation van Exloo uit 1903, aan de NOLS spoorlijn, van Zwolle tot Delfzijl. deze spoorlijn is opgericht in 1899 en opgeheven in 1945. Deze spoorlijn is nu een mooi wandelpad! Naast ons huis staat een geheel vrijstaande en gloednieuw gerenoveerde woning van 2 verdiepingen met genoeg privacy en eigen ingang voor max. 6 pers. Er is gratis parkeerruimte, en een eigen terras in gehele privacy.

This vacation home has recently been completely renovated and thus equipped with every comfort. The house has a lovely spacious garden with lots of privacy and parking space. Inside, you can enjoy a warm bath or light the wood stove comfortably. The forest and two natural swimming lakes are less than 10 minutes' walk away, where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking and swimming. Since the cottage is on a cozy campsite (De Lente van Drenthe), there are many amenities just around the corner.

Celebrate your vacation in a characteristic thatched farmhouse from around 1630? Located on the outskirts of the village, we offer our 6-person luxury apartment. The space downstairs consists of 65m2 and has all the comforts. There is a spacious walk-in shower with separate toilet, luxury kitchen with dishwasher, see-through wood stove and the entire room has underfloor heating. There are 3 large themed bedrooms with 6 made-up single beds. There is also a spacious sheltered garden.

This amazing accommodation guarantees fun with the whole family. Because there is a lot of space in this house, as well as in the yard, everyone can find his or her way around here. The ground floor is wheelchair friendly. Outside, there is enough space to sit, whether or not in the sun. In the cozy house close to the amenities of bungalow park Het Hart van Drenthe, you can enjoy the tranquility, the playgrounds and the swimming pool. The house has a modern kitchen and bathroom and a fireplace for atmosphere and warmth on cold days. The garden has a large lawn, making it a wonderful place for children and pets to play. The house is located between Westerbork and Assen, near the TT circuit. Groningen, Dwingelderveld and Emmen are a short distance away.

Our guest house is located in a beautiful spot on the Hondsrug. Here you are surrounded by nature: ancient woods, sandy paths, rolling fields, squirrels, deer and a wide variety of birds. Within walking distance of the cozy Gieten with delicious fresh bread or a Gieterkoek at the bakery. Here you will find the supermarket and nice restaurants. By bike, you can reach the Drenthe state forests with the beautiful Gasselterveld, Boomkroonpad and centuries-old dolmens.

You will spend the night in a cozy guesthouse with a bathroom and kitchenette including fridge and induction hobs. The silence and the wonderful bed will help you start a new day well rested. You may use our large nature garden behind the house. It's lovely to sit by the pond with the storks in the background.
