The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the middle of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but is newly renovated in respect of the long-standing history of the house. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sandy colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall contains lots of coziness, pretzel nooks, and stories.

A few minutes' walk from the rushing North Sea is this 120 m2 uniquely located cottage, hidden so well away in the high dunes that you can only sense it from the road. From the grounds of the grounds there is a bench overlooking the sea and sunset. Have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine up there. It is just 11 km by car to the seaside town of Blokhus, 15 km to Løkken and even shorter via the area's trails on foot or by bike.
