Downstairs shower, toilet and sink. Well-equipped kitchen. Dining table. Sitting area with sofa and love-seat. Central heating. TV. (with Chromecast) Lovely sun terrace with sun loungers and a table where you can have breakfast in the sun. Private parking space. Private entrance (small door) but also patio doors to the terrace.

A compact tasteful sitting room dining area with beautiful views. A kitchenette with fridge induction plate Nespresso and microwave. Basic ingredients present (coffee tea pepper salt oil vinegar). Private toilet. At the rear terrace doors (also entrance) private garden (on SW) veranda and 2nd terrace (dining table, 2 sun loungers and gas BBQ). From the sitting room stairs to floor with bright luxury bedroom king-size bed modern bathroom, shower and double sink. Very quiet and 1.5km from Domburg and beach!

Boundless enjoyment of peace and space.

Our holiday home the Waterlooze Werve is located just outside Aagtekerke in the middle of the countryside with a wide view of the dunes of Zoutelande and Westkapelle. Due to its central location, the cozy places such as Veere and Domburg can be reached quickly. You will also be on the beach in a short time. The old town of Middelburg is close to shopping. The island of Walcheren offers enough activities for young and old! Arrival/departure not possible on Sundays. July-Aug can only be booked per week.

studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber vom Badpaviljoen, 100 m entfernt vom Aufgang zum Strand! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

Meliskerke has plenty of shops and it's central, so it's an ideal starting point for biking and hiking trips. On the edge of the picturesque village of Aagtekerke and only 2 kilometers away from Domburg, you can enjoy the wide view in our beautiful guest house in peace. This has recently been completely renovated and matches all modern requirements. The beach is 2 kilometers away and is 7 minutes by bike. You can use a covered and lockable bicycle shed, where bicycles can also be charged. We also have 2 bicycles available.
