Right outside the door there are marked hiking trails, and close to MTB tracks as well as riding trails. Possibility of grass paddocks for horses within 1 km. Ørnhøj Golf Club is only 8 km away and 20 km to Rold Skov Golf Club.

There are opportunities to bring a dog.

Welcome to Helgolandsgade in Aalborg, where you can experience a townhouse with many personal touches, a high-end sound system and works of art/collectibles scattered throughout the home. At your disposal, there are three bicycles, one of which is an electric bicycle, and if needed, you can rent our electric car. You can park up to two cars in the backyard free of charge and our kitchen is equipped with all the necessities you need to make delicious meals during your visit. Villa near Palmestrand, train station and city center

Cozy and well-appointed 1 1/2 story house with lots of charm, close to Palmestranden. The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Pets are not allowed.

There are duvets and pillows (bring your own bed linen and towels - can be rented on request for DKK 50/set) There is also a new bathroom and a complete kitchen with a fridge, stove and dishwasher. In the living room there is a cozy sofa set and a dining area. The house has its own entrance with associated parking space and small terrace. Access to Wi-Fi.

The house is located on a gravel road, surrounded by a little forest, outside the windows are grazing cows. 200 m to bus connection (Aalborg-Sæby-Frederikshavn), 8 km to beach (Sæby). Skagen 60 km. Enjoy the weekend, the holidays or a getaway in everyday life in our cozy cottage on a beautiful natural plot with visits from Bambi and rich bird life in the garden. There is only 1.2 km to the child-friendly beach, so the house is absolutely perfect for large and small water dogs. Enjoy the wood-burning stove after a cold dip - or relax in the sun in the enclosed garden. With about 2 km to Hou and about 7 km to Hals, you are always close to shopping and a sea of activities - there is always something to do!

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.
