Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Søbred's summer cottage in Rebild, Hornum lake

The house is located on the shore of Hornum Lake on private land along the lake shore. Possibility of swimming from a private beach and fishing from the lake shore as well as a campfire. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink, and showering takes place under the outdoor shower. Kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer - but no oven. The lease is from 1 pm to 10 am the following day. There is a heat pump, soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember to bring bed linen😀 and towels, and pets are welcome, just not on the furniture.

Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Nice bathroom with spa for 1-2 persons, 13m2 Activity-room. Playground and minigolf only 100m away..... Price incl electricity, water, heating etc.

Separate annex with 2 bedrooms, one with 3/4 bed and one with double bed, bathroom with shower and living room with kitchen, dining table and sofa for rent. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator and freezer. There is also a coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. There is tableware for 4 people. Free WiFi and 3 TVs with 30 channels. Garden furniture and a small charcoal grill in the backyard, where the annex is located, may be used.

The cottage is centrally located in Svenstrup town. 5 minutes walk to Svenstrup train station, where you can get to Aalborg in 9 minutes. Shopping such as SuperBrugsen, Rema or Coop365 is a two-minute walk from the cottage.
