You can park up to two cars in the backyard free of charge and our kitchen is equipped with all the necessities you need to make delicious meals during your visit. Modern apartment located in a quiet area about 1 km from the station. Free parking right in front of the apartment. In about 15 minutes you can walk to the heart of Aalborg. The apartment has everything you need for a shorter stay, and a bit more. All of the apartment’s features, washing machine, microwave, Netflix, PlayStation 5, etc, are freely available at no extra cost. I am flexible regarding check-in and check-out, just ask. In the courtyard there is a dining table, lounge furniture, fireplace, sandpit, playhouse and lawn as well as a new orangery, where you can move in when the dew falls.

Mosskovhuset - unique little holiday home in Rold Skov

Mosskovhuset is located at the foot of Rold Forest but still within walking distance of trains, cinema and shopping. Enjoy the tranquility and simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. The house is about 60 km2 and consists of: small kitchen, living room with 1 bed, bathroom and bedroom on the 1st floor with 3 beds where one can be folded out. There are duvets and towels included and white cotton bed linen can be included for an additional fee.

Feel the real atmosphere of authenticity and charm in the old cottage. Enjoy the garden or the sunset over the lake from the bench, or take a walk in the Swan Mill Park, which is located at the end of the garden. The cottage is centrally located in Svenstrup town. 5 minutes walk to Svenstrup train station, where you can get to Aalborg in 9 minutes. Shopping such as SuperBrugsen, Rema or Coop365 is a two-minute walk from the cottage.

Luxurious and central

The apartment is located in the heart of Aalborg with only a 5-minute walk to shopping, cafes, the harbor and not least Jomfru Ane street, if you would like to have a beer or two. Parking is available in the parking garage just around the corner. Alternatively, there is free parking 24 hours a day at Saxogade or the harbor (about 5-10 minutes on foot from the apartment). Note: Do not use the fireplace. It's just for decoration.
