In Aarhus, you will find both exciting shopping opportunities and cultural offerings of all kinds. The apartment is 80 sqm with a very beautiful light. Here is a lovely kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom and balcony overlooking the harbor and sea. It's great to open up to the balcony and enjoy the fresh sea air as well as enjoy a glass of wine with the view.

The home overlooks the sea, Djursland and Risskov and the surroundings are constantly changing according to the weather and wind. A very unique location. Less than 2 kilometers from Aarhus Cathedral Parking is available for a fee in the parking garage under the apartment

Shopping in Tved (5km) and good excursion opportunities especially for beautiful nature in Mols Bjerge. Child-friendly beach.

Architecturally exciting wooden house built in 2004, with lots of light and direct sea views. Located in the 2nd row and only about 50 meters from the child-friendly beach. It is about 1.4 km to the beautiful harbor with kiosk and restaurant, and about 5 km to the next purchase. Nearby is the picturesque National Park "Mols Berge" and Djursland as well as the beautiful old town Ebeltoft, Djurs Sommerland, and the Kattegatcenter, several animal parks, the glass museum and much more.
