Welcome to the housekeeper's apartment (basement) of the former parsonage. The apartment is very quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes, you are on foot in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. From January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

We offer a small, cozy and lovingly furnished apartment of about 34 square meters in our residential building. It has its own entrance, a living-dining area with a single kitchen, a small hallway and a bathroom with separate toilet. The comfortable sofa bed can very easily be converted into a bed 1.60 x 2.00 meters. In the kitchen there is a fridge, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pan, etc.

We rent our attic apartment in the quiet district of Sentrup. Lake Aasee is within walking distance. Despite the urban location, it is very green. Instead of street noise, you hear birdsong. There is a small kitchen with kitchenette, a bathroom, as well as a sleeping/living area. You'll have these three rooms all to yourselves. Downtown is a few minutes away by bike or bus.
