Holiday rentals in Abercrombie Mountain

Really unique and fun property, and Dave and Maureen are very friendly hosts who are super accommodating. We had a really good time here.

I had my bachelorette trip at Jody's Cabin, & me and my 3 bridesmaids had a blast! The cabin was super cute, across the road beside the Kootenay Lake. A 5 minute drive down the road led you to 'Twin Bays Beach', a beautiful public beach, with nice sand & swimmable clear water. A 30min drive from the cabin takes you to Creston city, where you can pick up groceries, hit up wineries, explore the downtown and many other activities. The Cabin itself was clean & spacious. 2 beds & a big couch easy enough to sleep 2 on. Jody supplied us with some water, half a big jug of water & lots of smaller water bottles in the fridge. The cabin had everything you needed, fridge, stove, TV ect. Beautiful view of the lake & mountains as well. Would stay here again!

Brian and Sarah went up and beyond hosting us. Brian even came and kept the driveway clean from snow the next day, even though we weren't there. Very kind and highly communicative hosts. The cottage is one of the best airbnbs we ever got to stay, and, the surrounding and its surrounding is like fairy wonderland. We will be revisiting again and again when we are near Rossland/Kootney. We highly recommend Brian/ Sarah place.

Alana and her family are amazing. Gnarly Dude is their dog who is a great mascot. This place is a little slice of heaven. perfect for a family with two kids or three individuals looking for a place super close to Red Mountain. Hot tub is so nice in evening. The kids used the sledding hill and the snowshoes to have some fun on the large acreage with the property. Alana provided local chocolate, coffee, and fresh eggs for us. Please remember that this is a lower level unit with beautiful light and windows but people above. Alana's recommendation of four wheel drive proved to be very valuable. I spent a few days in 4 x 4 low in my pickup truck. With over 14 inches (30CM) of snow over the 5 days we were there this is really important that you have a 4 wheel drive. Enjoy and cherish this place. It is truly special.

Kat and Mike were amazing hosts. They went over and above to spoil us with local snacks, drinks and preferences that we enjoy at home. They communicated clearly, promptly and concisely. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a fabulous BBQ that cooked the steaks better then I can at home. We loved how much thought was put into the little details, like extra comfortable blankets and pillows, games, bug spray, kids beach toys, and enough lawn chairs for our large family as well as enough water toys to allow us to explore the lake together. Lastly the book with local recommendations was very helpful giving us lots of information on what we could, see, explore and eat in and around the area.

Best air bnb stay I have ever had! Pictures do not do this home justice. Absolutely stunning and the entire home is a work of art. The detail and craftsman ship was amazing. You easily feel relaxed and at home. The local mountain was 10/10 skiing. Everything about this trip exceeded expectations. Thank you, thank you!

Carol and Bernie are the epitome of perfect hosts. They are exactly the type of people who you would dream of running a B&B. They’re incredibly kind, welcoming, friendly and have lots of great local recommendations. I couldn’t think of better hosts. This stay was truly a memorable experience thanks to them!

Such a special place! We loved staying here for a week and will miss it. Kate was incredibly nice and went out of her way to make sure our stay was special. The house felt peaceful and secluded (views are amazing) yet was only 5 minutes from town and 10 minutes from RED mountain ski resort.

Excellent host, beautiful and comfortable house, stocked with amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and will back! The house is tucked into the hills surrounding Colville. Theirs is a neighbor out to the front, but the house is still very private backing up to state land. Town is a short drive and very convenient. Host was communicating with me before we arrived and was very quick to respond to questions. Excellent all the way around!
