Holiday house with sauna and terrace (Berghaus Carlsfeld)

The former entrepreneur's villa from 1936 is a jewel, which was able to preserve many treasures from the founding years in their original state through its eventful history. You park on the property line. Your luggage takes the elevator, you take the covered stairway on foot or, in dry sunshine, the stairs. After you have made the climb to the house, you come to a magnificent reception area. There is space for wardrobe, hiking boots, ski helmets, etc. From there you will find access to the kitchen, cellar, fireplace room and farmer's room as well as the stairs to the upper floor. On the upper floor are the three double rooms with the double beds and the bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an extra toilet. A narrow staircase leads to the attic to the extremely comfortable double rooms with single beds. In the basement there is the sauna with plunge pool and relaxation area in the garden, 2 showers, 1 toilet, relaxation area with fireplace and a separate single room.

A few meters from the train station, a few meters from the ski slope and a few meters to the bike trails or cross-country trails and overlooking the Krušné hory hills. 15 minutes by car to the Klínovec Ski Resort, 5 minutes from the Plešivec Ski Resort. 15 minutes drive to the swimming pool or sauna world in Jáchymov. The apartment is fully equipped. Our cottage is an ideal place to spend an active holiday, but also for relaxation and trips with the family. In summer, you can go cycling, hiking, picking forest fruits, or exploring the surrounding natural attractions. In case of bad snow conditions on the local ski lift, the artificially snow-covered ski resort Bublava - Stříbrná is nearby. There is peace, quiet and tranquility.
