Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Abruzzo

Alloggio pulitissimo, ampio e accogliente, situato a pochissimi minuti dal casello autostradale. Daniele è stato molto disponibile ed estremamente reattivo. Sicuramente ci torneremo alla prossima occasione.

Już od chwili rezerwacji kontakt z gospodarzem był wzorowy – szybkie odpowiedzi, szczegółowe informacje i powitanie na miejscu. Apartament gustownie urządzony, z dbałością o każdy szczegół. Wyposażenie było nowoczesne: wygodne łóżka, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, szybkie Wi-Fi i ogród dla Naszej dyspozycji. Czystość była na poziomie – wszystko lśniło, a atmosfera była przytulna i domowa. Lokalizacja to kolejny atut. Nocleg znajduje się niedaleko tętniącej życiem promenady i nadmorskiej plaży. W okolicy kawiarnie i sklepy. Gospodyni zadbała o Nas przygotowując mapę miasta z zaznaczonymi miejscami wartymi zobaczenia.

Wir waren Mitte April für 4 Nächte Gast bei Daniela (2 Personen). Gestartet mit einer umwerfend herzlichen Begrüssung beim check-in zog sich ihr Service durch den ganzen Aufenthalt. Nachfragen ob alles ok ist und Kümmern bei Anliegen. Charmante und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft - nicht zu viel 'Schnick-Schnack' und nicht so steril-modern, einfach genau unser Geschmack. Sehr sauber. Super zentral gelegen und doch etwas abseits der "Hauptmeile". Die Stadt/Promenade lässt sich gut zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder mit Bus erkunden. Alles in allem: einladend und lebensfroh -> perfekt, um (vom Alltag) abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Wir kommen wieder :)

Amelia e Kevin sono stati molto discreti, ma erano comunque sempre nel loro alloggio se ne avessimo avuto bisogno. La casa è meravigliosa, molto curata, pulita. C'è di tutto, la cucina è super attrezzata, pentole di altissima qualità, robot da cucina, bicchieri e calici di ogni genere. Ci hanno lasciato il pane appena fatto, del latte e altre cose. Inoltre viste le temperature avevo chiesto dell' acqua fresca al nostro arrivo e siamo stati soddisfatti. Le camere sono tutte bellissime, letti molto comodi. Il salotto con l'home teather è un valore aggiunto. La piscina a sfioro bellissima, luci che creano atmosfera. Insomma le foto rispecchiano la realtà, anzi poi trovarsi lì è anche meglio. Se avete bisogno di staccare dal caos questo posto fa per voi...la notte non si sente un solo rumore. Grazie ad Amalia e Kevin sempre sorridenti e gentili. Spero di tornare!

Mireia è stata disponibile al dialogo sin da subito e si è mostrata attenta alle eventuali esigenze anche se non presente fisicamente. Nulla da poter recriminare e la casetta, seppur disposta su tre piani, è accogliente e regala una sensazione familiare. Immersa nel verde gode di tanta tanta tranquillità.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni a Subiaco visitando il paese, in particolare l'abbazia dei Borgia, ed abbiamo fatto rafting sul fiume Aniene. Una scoperta sono state il monastero di San Benedetto e l'abbazia di Santa Scolastica oltre al meraviglioso laghetto di San Benedetto. Inoltre a pochi minuti in macchina é possibile visitare Cervara di Roma che é un paesino arroccato ricco di opere d'arte (poesie, dipinti, sculture) sparse per i vicoli... e di scale! Flavio é stato sempre molto gentile e l'appartamento é ideale per trascorrere dei giorni a Subiaco sentendosi a casa.

Die Wohnung von Nicola ist wunderbar, er selbst ein sehr netter Gastgeber, prima Kommunikation. Toll, dass man das Auto in einer Tiefgarage abstellen kann. Super auch, dass direkt vor der Tür ein Küstenradweg verläuft. Man hat von zwei schönen Balkonen einen Blick auf das Meer, was direkt vor einem liegt, unmitterbarer Zugang zu wilden Strandabschnitten. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Apartmentanlage und ist sehr modern eingerichtet.

This is our third stay here at this beautiful Villa and each time it gets harder to leave! Lots of fabulous days and evenings spent with Andrea and Enzo over some delicious food and wine together with their family and friends who have become our family and friends too! Andrea is fluent in English and Italian and there are other different dialects and languages to enjoy listening to in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. Ripattoni may be small but it is huge jn personality where the villagers welcome you with open arms. Beautiful Villa with stunning scenery and so peaceful too but with restaurants and bars a short distance away you can have the best of both worlds. Can’t wait to come back. Our Stay at Suite Carolina was excellent, the place is very well decorated and furnished with everything we needed for a great holiday. Giovanni was very responsive to any queries we had and gave us good advice on the local beaches and options for eating out and drinks. The flat location is perfect for access to all that Pescara has to offer, it's close to many shops bars, cafe's and restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the main bus and train station. We would definitely consider returning some time in the future.
