Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

The bus goes through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the Chocolate Factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and the Königsseeach are all just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

Quietly located yet within walking distance of key sights, cafés, and markets, it’s the perfect retreat to experience the city’s charm away from the crowds. Please note: The apartment is not directly accessible by car. Public parking is available about a 7-minute walk away.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Separate. quiet, large, central & wonderful view

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our house from the 19th century and was not so long ago renovated and refurbished. It can be booked for 1-2 guests (baby bed or extra bed possible) and has a spacious large and fully equipped kitchen (living/dining room with cable TV) and a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The balcony by the bedroom is small but nice!

"In the countryside and yet right in the city of Freilassing" The apartment is located in my house under the roof. Not far is the Ainringer Moos. Salzburg is about 20 minutes away. Our accommodation is located in a quiet residential area close to the city of Salzburg (7 km). FOR BUSINESS TRAVELLERS: We issue invoices with VAT! We live in Germany, in the tourist region Berchtesgadener Land, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free parking space available on the premises.

Newly equipped apartment on the farm for 1 to 4 people. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from our large balcony. In the summer house, on beautiful summer days, there is the possibility of barbecuing. In bad weather, the open kitchen offers enough space for a cozy evening. The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and a ventilation system.

The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
