Modern and cozy loft in a central location.

NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

The more than a hundred years old holiday home "Sonnenwinkel" in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is located at the end of a private branch road. Charming apartment in the east of Munich

Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box spring bed, a bathroom with rain shower and a living area with adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed, on which one more person can stay. In the entrance, there is also a cozy, covered seating lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alps and of course to the Therme Erding.
