Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

The Goldfinch's Nest

Le Nid du Chardonneret is in a great location, close to the Étangs de Baye et Vaux (500 m on foot) and the Canal du Nivernais. Right next to a wide range of outdoor activities. View of the lake. Situated on the doorstep of the Morvan and numerous tourist attractions (the Guédelon Medieval Village, Vézelay, the Tannay and Pouilly vineyards, the Compierre archaeological site, etc.), this property will make an excellent base for exploring the region. Perfect for nature lovers! Anglers/hikers… Very quiet.

Moulin XVIII, "the whole estate just for you"

An 18th-century mill with a head race on the banks of the Aron, set in a green setting at the edge of a small village of 300 inhabitants. Fully enclosed estate, swimming pool (heated in summer). We offer our house with all the facilities and features it includes, both inside and outside (BBQ, sun loungers, table tennis table, pétanque balls, etc.). Therefore, it is ideal for a stay with family or friends. You will have the place to yourself. There are no neighbours, so no one will be overlooking you.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

In a quiet hamlet, a charming little house for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child, in typical Nièvre style, ideal for relaxing, with hiking and cycling opportunities, as well as fishing on site. Close to the Canal du Nivernais, the course of the 16 locks , the ponds of Baye and Vaux, with water activities and swimming. Close to the Morvan Natural Park, visit to Vezelay, Bibracte, Guedelon.... Bakery 1 km away, other shops in Corbigny 10 minutes away by car.
