Already the seat of a Principality of the Gonzagas, it is famous as the home of San Luigi Gonzaga, protector of the world's youth, remembered in the local Basilica, and of the Red Cross, with the founder Henry Dunant having conceived the idea of the Red Cross in Castiglione in 1859 and is remembered here in the first International Museum of the Red Cross.

A large open space of 300 sqm, obtained from an ancient 18th-century stable that is part of the historic Palazzo Secco Pastore from the second half of the 15th century. Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.
