Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. It is the perfect home-base to explore by hiking and biking the famous hills of Alta Monferrato. Just a short drive from the ancient Roman Aqueducts of Acqui Terme, beautiful rivers and swimming holes, as well as many Vineyards where you can taste local wines.

The privacy of this farmhouse located in the Langhe hills of Asti, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is unparalleled. You will be the only guests. Inside, you'll have 450 square meters to yourself, outside a private 16 x 4 meter infinity pool open from May to September, a soccer field, a ping pong table, a foosball table, 2 hectares of garden and woodland. No neighbors will disturb you. The neighboring towns are 2 or 3 km away. Excellent Starlink connection. The land is rich in truffles, wine.
