Our house is located in the center of the medieval town of Tagliolo Monferrato surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera can be reached in 30 minutes by car. For wine lovers, Barolo & Langhe is famous for commute. The old port of Genoa (Genova) by car takes about 50 minutes by car. Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. (20m from the house) Free parking by the house on the street or nearby in the parking lot.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

CASCINA ALBA LANGHE

The privacy of this farmhouse located in the Langhe hills of Asti, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is unparalleled. You will be the only guests. Inside, you'll have 450 square meters to yourself, outside a private 16 x 4 meter infinity pool open from May to September, a soccer field, a ping pong table, a foosball table, 2 hectares of garden and woodland. No neighbors will disturb you. The neighboring towns are 2 or 3 km away. Excellent Starlink connection. The land is rich in truffles, wine.

Strategic location to reach Alba, Asti, Aqui Terme, Nice Monferrato and Canelli. For a relaxing stay we are located a few minutes from the thermal baths of Agliano Terme. The main services offered by the town, food, restaurants, Italian Post Office and pharmacy, are within walking distance.

CASA VITTORIA - IN THE HEART OF THE ALTA LANGA

In the heart of Alta Langa, a UNESCO heritage site, CASA VITTORIA, located in the center of Feisoglio, is a great starting point for bike rides, walks in the countryside and food and wine tours. Arranged on two floors, it consists of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Entirely in Langa stone, the house overlooks the garden from which you can enjoy an excellent view of Monviso. Ideal location for reaching Alba, home of the truffle fair.

Situata in posizione dominante (550 mt. sul livello del mare) si raggiunge tramite una strada non asfaltata appena rinnovata. In questo luogo magico non esiste nessun tipo di inquinamento acustico o luminoso, gode di una vista meravigliosa sulla valle Bormida. La piscina, leggermente più in alto rispetto la casa, in posizione super panoramica è davvero un luogo di grande relax
