Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There are air conditioners, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand appliances, so the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

Surrounding the terrace is a big ,fenced back yard.

In the apartment there are two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Parking in front of the house paved and fenced. Right next door is a fish restaurant where you can spend a cozy evening. Other restaurants are about 300 m away. Mosquito nets are available on the doors.
