Welcome to our Tranquil A-Frame Cottage! Relax, refocus and rejuvenate at this newly refurbished chalet perched on a secluded hill surrounded by evergreens. The perfect spot to disconnect from the hustle/bustle and technology. Modern amenities include gas fireplace, A/C, washer/dryer, TV, Record Player, DVD Player. Connect with nature, snuggle up by the fireplace, read a book, play a board game or listen to some vinyl and unwind. There is NO INTERNET but there is spotty LTE/cell service.

Forest Yurt

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

2nd Floor Guest Suite

2nd floor guest suite located only 5 minutes to downtown Bancroft. This large suite has a queen bed, queen pull out sofa bed, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, smart tv, keurig machine (tea, coffee, sweeteners and milk/cream provided) and spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Please note that a full flight of stairs must be climbed to access this unit once inside the door. Please also note there is no kitchen in this suite, cooking appliances & candles are prohibited due to fire risk.

We are 15 min. from Bon Echo park, 20 min. from Malcolm lake which has amazing ice fishing and less than 2 min. from Marble Lake Public beach. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.
