I can’t say enough about my time at the Cocoa cottage. Trish, Natasha, Megan, and Elliot were responsive and attentive hosts. I even forgot toothpaste and Natasha brought me a tube the first night. I especially love the garden setting and the privacy. My favorite part of all was the outdoor shower, which I used 2 to 3 times a day. Not that I needed to shower twice daily because it was so blissful showering outdoors in a jungle atmosphere. I enjoyed getting to know the artists that came and went from the gallery. I ended up going to one of their openings and buying a piece of artwork. The nearest beaches are Jaws Beach Clifton Beach (entrance park fee includes snorkeling gear 48$) and a small beach access off the South Ocean Boulevard which I found my last two days! All very quiet and peaceful! In short my stay was everything that I needed it to be. I would highly recommend using car because you definitely need one in this area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is really Nassau away from Nassau. If you’re looking for a super peaceful and private getaway, this is it. We really enjoyed bird watching and sipping wine while taking in the gorgeous view of the lake. It was so quiet and relaxing to get out of the city. It felt like we left Nassau and went to an out island. We were able to cook and enjoy ourselves with no issues. Would 100% stay here again! Thank you Anna!

Was quick at responding and helping me recover left items

This thoughtfully designed home had everything my group needed for our weekend stay. We went to the grocery store when we arrived and never left the proprty after that. The home has anything you can think of to enjoy a home away from home experience. We really appreciated the details put into the layout of the home which made it very easy to find what we needed. Alvan was also very accessible from when I booked in March straight up to when I checked out this morning. He was very helpful, pleasant, and rofessional. I would give this home and its host 10 stars if I could. I definitely want to stay here again. I recommend this unit to anyone who loves peaceful elegance. My only request is to please respect the property so that it stays beautiful for other guests. 🙂
