Cosy Vivienda Rural in 300 year old orange Farmhouse, Registered & Pet Friendly, right on the edge of the Sierra Nevada.The farm is surrounded by orange groves and grows olives etc. The Vivienda Rural is located near authentic Spanish villages in the Andarax valley & Alpujarras mountains, 28 km from Almeria (beaches) and 25 km from the Tabernas desert. The spacious Vivienda Rural is fully self contained with a king bed, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen/lounge and terrace spaces available outside.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

Fantastic quiet house I have independent facing the Mediterranean Sea in the best area of Adra, (Crazy Mermaid Beach).With terrace with ocean views and back terrace with barbecue and ocean views. Quiet beach without crowds. The house is located on the first floor and consists of a large dining room, double bedroom bed of 1.35 another bed of 1.05 ,a second double room with two single beds and a third room with bunk bed, has a crib for a bathroom and kitchen.

A communal pool is normally available for use mid June to mid September. The apartment is located within walking distance (15-20 minutes) of the marina complex, shops, bars, restaurants and beaches.

The dream of an Andalusian country house

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. About pets, they are allowed but paying a surcharge of €30 for a pet apart from the reservation, check with the hosts.
