Holiday rentals with a patio in Adriatic Sea

The apartment was ideal for our short stay. It is very well located (10 minutes walk from the old town), with a balcony which is worth experiencing! The view is amazing. Also, you can walk directly to the beach and have a super market super near (100 meters). Ana was a great host, always responsive, flexible and open to give us recommendations. If we come back to Hvar, we would definitely stay here again.

Nivijo was very friendly and ready to respond to any of our requests/needs. The space he offers is very clean and beautiful, with all the amenities/comforts necessary for a wonderful vacation. Top experience, super recommended.

Vincenzo is a great host who was very accommodating when I needed help. The apartment makes a clean, new impression. Especially the fly screens are good and important. The pool is a nice size and for the children there is even a smaller one. The location is quiet and I would come back any time.

It is a love, I had problems with transportation and I arrived very late but there she was waiting for me to meet me in person, to take a tour of the place and offer me something to eat and drink, really that it was a very pleasant and warm experience, feel that they treated me the way a grandmother consents to her grandchildren

Gorgeous brand new unit on the ground floor. It was a close walk to the bus station without any stairs, which was a nice change from all the other locations I've stayed recently! This is about a 10 min walk away from the old walled town of Kotor, so just keep that in mind. But I knew this before booking and purposely wanted something a little quieter and without stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 2 months at Endri's place. This home was a great jumping off spot for adventuring around northern Albania. We went from the mountains to the sea and had a nice home to come back to each day. The yard was perfect for our dog. Durrës is a 15 minute walk away, theres a killer pizza joint up the road, and a Conad grocery store around the corner. The home is comfortable but needs to be updated. A perfect stay at a great price. Host is very nice and always responsive with helpful advice. We recommend.

We spent a couple of nights in this perfect hideaway, overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Set back from the road, the property is a beautiful, calm and peaceful retreat with some amazing views and surroundings. Inside, the apartment has all you need for a few days’ stay and was spotlessly clean. The shower worked very well, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes and other bits. Camilla was incredibly responsive before, during and after our trip and provided very clear instructions on how to access the property etc. We loved our stay and was sad to leave!

The best Airbnb experience we have had. Mislav and Vesna are exceptional hosts. The property is in an excellent location, and extremely comfortable. Cavtat is beautiful. Most importantly it is a very peaceful, relaxing area, with many excursions from there. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Ivan makes you feel right at home. Checking in with him was extremely pleasant as he is multilingual [Croatian, English, German] All necessary aids were available and much more (coffee maker, hairdryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). All the questions we had were answered via Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire vacation was rounded off in a special way, starting with the welcome snack platter to his wife's homemade apple strudel. There was also a great amusement at the end. We will definitely be back. Came as guests, left as friends. We've rarely met such an attentive host. If we could, we would give MORE than 5 stars. We had a great stay at this apartment on Vir. The apartment was simple, but very clean and cozy. The advantage was a great location – close to the beach, restaurants and shops which gave us convenient access to everything we needed. Goran was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any question or request. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, perfect to relax and recharge. We'd love to come back again! Alex is a wonderful host. Always willing to help and advise. He sent us links to restaurants and places to visit in the area on the first day. He also recommended some beaches suitable for small children. The host is trying hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I recommend it with a clear heart.

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

Natalia is such a great host! She was very attentive and took very good care of us. The house is beautiful, surrounded by gardens and very close to the beach. We stayed there in April and it was very calm, exactly what we were looking for!
