Monthly Rentals in Aduanas, Jávea

This was truly our dream place! Right by the sea, what a view! Location is also great in relation to shops and supermarkets and many nice restaurants. Also close to the fishing port. The apartment is luxurious and quite new with a very tasteful decor and practical layout. Wonderful beds, nice bathrooms. Spacious and convenient kitchen. Nice terrace with seating on the sea side and even a terrace with seating at the back. Inge is a superhost who is quick to respond. We had some difficulty finding the entrance to the apartment, but Inge led us there effortlessly by phone. The entrance is on the boulevard where you cannot come by car. Parking is reasonably close. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator. This was not a problem for us but it can be if you have difficulty walking.

Sylvia was a responsive, helpful and a kind host. The apartment is small, particularly the kitchen but very well laid out, furnished and equipped. As a couple we felt very comfortable. The sofa and bed are both comfortable. The balcony is south facing and a lovely place to sit and enjoy winter sun. We bought some kitchen items which were unavailable as we stayed for a month and have friends nearby who would store them for us. The location was perfect for us as we could walk everywhere we wanted to in a short amount of time. There are supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants close by. The port, old town and arenal beach are all easily walkable. Overall, the apartment worked well for two people on a longer term winter rental.

Lovely clean apartment, everything we needed

Fabulously clean , comfortable , well equipped , quiet and cosy apartment close to the Port , supermarket , shops and restaurants . Only adverse comments are the air freshener made a noise that was disturbing at night and it would have been easier to have had a key safe outside the property . It would also have been lovely to have had bottled water , milk and other bits as a welcome pack alongside the packets of coffee, tea bags , sugar. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
