Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Main room of 20m2 with kitchenette, 6m2 bedroom with 3 beds, veranda w and w/o roof and Biolan toilet in shed. 12 V electricity from solar cell. No running water in cabin but from nearby stream. Wood stove in cabin and gas burner and fire pan outside.

It's origins hidden in the unknown of history, this compact and cozy cabin was purposed as a post office and general store from the 1870s. Several details from this era have been kept, like its' original timber walls and ceiling. The cabin is on our beautiful Island of Stavøy, with lots of options for outdoors activities and in particular, fishing. The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
