Terrace not overlooked. 14-meter pool with heated massaging waterfall from early May to late October. The spa water is changed between each rental for perfect hygiene. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests allowed)

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. Agen hyper center - 60 m² Gîte

We are located in the historic city center, at the foot of shops and restaurants and a 5-minute walk from the Canal du Midi. Our 60 m² vacation rental is located on the ground floor of our manor house, with direct access to the garden and heated pool (May to September). In the garden, a space is reserved for you. It includes garden chairs with a coffee table as well as a garden table and wrought iron chairs for lunch.
