Very nice accommodation, just like the photos. Quite a clean, comfortable space, provided the essentials and is located in a relatively quiet spot. Easy access & easy parking in the neighborhood, which is quite important. We recommend it!

Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

We truly had a fantastic stay! First of all, the communication with the host was incredible, quick replies, super friendly, and always happy to help, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The apartment itself was spotless and felt freshly renovated, with a lot of thought put into the details. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, honestly better than many hotel beds we've experienced. The kitchen was fully equipped with way more than just the basics, and everything worked perfectly. The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding, and there’s tons of storage space throughout the apartment. We really enjoyed the big balcony in the evenings (it’s a great spot to read or relax with a glass of wine). Even the lobby of the building was super clean and well taken care of, which added to the whole experience. We felt right at home and would absolutely come back again!

We had a really nice stay at this BNB. The guys who manage it, including Elmira and everyone we met, were incredibly kind and always available. We had some small technical issues, as can happen everywhere, but the team was extremely responsive in resolving it, always making us feel comfortable. The area is very quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing. Also, if you love cats, you'll find many friendly cats that you can offer some crunchies! A big thank you to everyone for your hospitality!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. Absolutely perfect hosting 🥰 I booked for my husband’s birthday with some of his friends. The 1915 team did everything possible to make it a beautiful experience for him, including balloons and flowers. Every guest agreed the place was gorgeous! Thank you so much 🫶🏽

There was plenty of space and things to do and a great view! The apartment was clean, but the high location of the place requires bragging, but it wasn't impossible. I recommend this place for an athletic party if you want to explore their surroundings and take trips on vacation, but especially for a group that values peace and privacy, and longs for a relaxed vacation together. :-)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The host was thoughtful, friendly and very personable. We felt like we were at home the minute we arrived. The location is excellent and minutes from restaurants and the sights of Athens. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

This place was so good we canceled part of our trip in downtown to stay here again! The place is in a great location and is very well set up! The first time through, the previous guest caused a maintenance issue but the host provided a last minute alternative which was great! Host was fantastic and super friendly and easy to work with! Of all the AirBnBs we stayed at on this trip to Greece, this was by far the best! Highly recommend it!

We spent an excellent time in Athens, indeed Alexandro's apartment. There are lots of advantages to rent this apartment: first of all the metro station is only one hundred meters from the apartment and you can reach easily and quickly every famous places in Athens. Second one the apartment is well equipped, but for us missed an toaster. Thanks to the washing and drying machine, we brought with us only few clothes. Last but not least Alexandros was very flexible in terms of arrival and departure times. Thanks again Alexandros!

A beautiful and newly refurbished appartment with elegant and modern decoration. Very cosy and comfortable, fully equipped, good quality furniture and many extras in the kitchen, like coffee pods, jam, butter, cereal bars, water, etc. The hosts were very polite and friendly, responsive and helpful. We will definitely choose to stay at this flat again next time we are in Athens. The area is also within walking distance from the very centre, close to plenty of restaurants and bars, but also the Athens Concert Hall, different cinemas and theatres. The bus and tube stops are just a few metres away. An excellent stay!

This location was comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation. This location was close to the beach and transportation. The owners were very helpful with suggestions for local beaches and we found the perfect spot. Their help and apartment was a big part in making this a memorable trip the Greece.

We are Americans who came for a wedding and didn’t know what to expect. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building (has an elevator, but we didn’t use) and very quaint and clean. Afrofiti was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and worked with us to help us check-in a bit early and drop our luggage off. There’s a washer in the unit, the water pressure is fantastic, and the windows/AC units give you plenty of options for temperature adjustments. There’s a market open 7 days a week right around the corner and a 5 minute walk to main square where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back to this sleepy little beach town.

There was a slight problem finding which apartment it was in the building, but this was caused by the Airbnb site truncating the information available, omitting the lock box code and the apartment number from the photo! It was sorted out, but would have been rather stressful if we hadn’t had a local with us, with access to phone and wifi. Communication directly with Sotiris before and after was efficient and ample. The apartment was very comfortable for a 5-night stay and had everything necessary to make daily living there easy. The area is perfect: not touristy, all the local shops, cafés and eateries one could possibly desire around the square that the building faces (where there’s a playground for children), and within walking distance of the city centre, Museums such as the Acropolis and Benaki. It’s an area with a village feel, chosen by discerning relatives of ours after they moved to Athens. What better recommendation could there be?!

It’s the second time that we are staying in the apartment. Excellent choice, close to metro station. We are very satisfied with all the amenities provided, the cleanliness and the convenience of the apartment. We totally recommend it.
