Monthly Rentals in Agios Ilias

You stay in the house with Catherine and her family. 2 apartments are below Catherine and George's apartment and one is still above it. The house is very large and offers enough space for everyone to have their privacy. Everyone has their own terrace and is not disturbed by the others. 2 minutes' walk to a beautiful little bay. It is very practical that the apartment is equipped with an outdoor shower. Simply great. In the small village, however, there is hardly anything else, so you need a car. Catherine and George are great hosts. They are very friendly and accommodating. The front door was almost always open and you had the feeling there was always someone there. We had a great time out.

The house is new, large and very nice. Equipped with every comfort. Quiet area.

The apartment was very clean. It was very quiet in the building. We felt right at home. Quality restaurants and a really nice neighborhood. Thanks for everything!

We stayed 40 days, from 09/08 to 10/18/2024 in the property. The conversations with Basilios, especially with Father Gerasimos, were extremely good. The accommodation stands out with the valuable furniture, the coordinated colors and the kitchen utensils that go far beyond the necessary. Beautiful view of the countryside and the sea from the terrace and balcony of the upper bedroom. For nature lovers, the place is a little paradise. On the fenced-in grounds there are approx. 150 orange trees and several olive trees, as well as various other fruit trees and spices. The disadvantage is just the small harmless animals in nature that are regularly on the terrace - but only in the rain. The nearest shopping would be the two villages of Martia and Dounaika. These are about 3 km from the house. You can get just about anything there. Unfortunately, many taverns and bars had already closed during the time. Beautiful sandy beaches nearby
