On the southwestern side of the island, in a virgin protected area, near the lake "Korission", of rare beauty, is located Villa "ARAXALI", within striking distance of gorgeous sandy beaches and clean blue seas. On the ground floor, there are two (2) bedrooms, one fully equipped bathroom and an open kitchen space (living room - dining room - kitchen). Baroque furniture, showases, flower arrangements, a wood heater, and a big table dominate the floor. Through the large wooden windows and the french windows that lead to an awning covered veranda, our gaze falls on the endless green, the wild flowers, the mountain, the beautiful sunset and the garden. A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine floor - loft, where the visible roof beams "fall" towards the wooden floor. The floor comprises of two romantic bedrooms with windows that show on the natural landscape, one more bathroom and a small living room. On the cute living room, connected visually with the ground floor, a big window gives unbelievable views of the sea, the mountain, the virgin nature and the spectacular sunset, inviting the visitor to enjoy moments of total relaxation and pure bliss. A huge oak dominates the greenest of gardens, creating thick shade, as well as a natural "fan". Comfortable hammocks and a cozy bamboo sitting room set invite the guests to relax in their natural surroundings. Stone-covered paths lead towards the hand-constructed wood-burning oven and barbecue with the small yard where one can cook delicious dishes and traditional recipes. The house is perfect for those seeking something special, peaceful, away from the stress and noise of the city, but also for those who love nature, wind-surfing and kites, cycling and hiking. It is also ideal for groups of any age, and families with children, who will have fun and enjoy the challenges of nature.

Bigger beaches like Chaliokounas, Glyfada, Mirtiotisa are reachable in 15-30min with the car or motorcycle. If you wish and after arrangement a taxi driver or the rental of a scooter/car can be organized for you.

In the traditional settlement of Agios Matthaios, in the district of Vryonata, is the two-storey stone house Casa Vrioni. It was built in the early 1900s to house the family of grandfather Spyros. Casa Vrioni Mama is an apartment with an attic that can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a living room, bedroom 1, bedroom 2 (in the attic) and a bathroom. It has all the electronics in order to provide a comfortable stay. It is accessed by an external staircase.
