A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

Inventer type air conditioners, board games in the attic. Super double bed and in addition a sofa bed. Living room - kitchen - separate bedroom. 50 meters from the central market and entertainment centers. The house is not equipped with television and there are no cleaning services during your stay.
