Almost on the beachfront (2 minutes away) and with ocean views from the two terraces, it is part of a very well-kept development, located within the same village. Great for family vacations and enjoying the wonderful setting of Cabo de Gata-Níjar Park. The village has a nice sandy beach, several restaurants, small shops and a supermarket, as well as canoe rental and scuba diving center. Relaxation guaranteed!
