A fabulous private villa that sits with the mountains behind and the sea to the front and just a five minute walk to Mojacar's beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is light, airy, and stylish. Enjoy breakfast outside whilst watching the sun rise over the sea in the morning - or sit relaxing with a glass of wine watching the moon sparkle over the ocean in the evening. There is a private heated pool which is gated and so safe for young children, sunbeds, bbq and outdoor tennis table.

Waking up in the morning to see the sea or having dinner on the terrace under the stars are some of the many pleasures you can enjoy in this apartment. It has an unbeatable location due to its proximity to downtown, but at the same time it is quiet. Brand new, equipped and carefully decorated, it is the ideal place to disconnect and relax. The people and atmosphere of Las Negras is very varied. My accommodation is great for couples, adventurers, and business travelers.
