Train stations and beaches are 25 min walk or 15 min by bus, Cabo de Gata beaches 30 min drive. The neighborhood is sometimes lively and noisy in the evening.

Modern townhouse in the centre of Almería

This pleasant and modern house is located just a few metres from the Puerta de Purchena. Everything is within easy reach. Within walking distance there are nice shops, supermarkets and restaurants for a nice evening for dinner and tapas. The residence has a well equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished with a TV, a dining table and a comfortable sitting area. You can end your days relaxing with a glass of wine on the terrace or on the patio on the ground floor.

Very cozy house located in the most authentic neighborhood of Almeria. The house is fully equipped and has a living room, bathroom, toilet and terrace with the best views of the Alcazaba where you can enjoy and share wonderful moments. It has a single bed sofa bed available for someone else. This house has a strategic location in the heart of the old town 2 minutes from the Alcazaba and 10 from the city center: it will be very easy to plan your visit to Almeria!
