It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly on the sandstone route from here. The modern, bright apartment is in the center of Ahaus. The apartment offers enough space for three adults or two adults and two children. Located in the parallel street of the pedestrian zone and opposite the eye clinic, you will stay here centrally and yet quietly. Shops, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The castle garden with a beautiful Baroque castle is just a two-minute walk away. The apartment is about 15 km from Enschede in the Netherlands.

The house was built in 1934 and completely renovated in 2025 – however, the special charm of the old wooden beams continues to run through every room and reminds of the history of this unique house. You can take a tour here by canoe, enjoy the tranquility on the water and switch off at Netflix & Disney+.
