As picturesque as a castle... looking for a long time for the category under which I can advertise our wonderful property in the middle of the forest and have now decided on the category "Castle" for lack of other more appropriate descriptions. But our historic forester's house invites you to feel like a king or a queen! You are more than welcome to be our guest even during the pandemic: Contact-free "let your soul dangle", working & living combined in the great outdoors! Oasis in the forest!

Escape the hustle and bustle in this stylish B&B surrounded by greenery. Enjoy views of meadows, woods and trees. Relax in the private sauna or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (seasonally open daily in blocks of 2–3 hours by appointment). The pool will be closed from September 5, 2025. The 80 m² and over 100-year-old vacation home "Mooiplekje" is idyllically and very quietly located on the edge of a small settlement in the countryside. It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with floor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly on the sandstone route from here. We look forward to welcoming you!

The Bakery, cozy overnight stay and rest

Our apartment is in the center of Deurningen. It is part of a building with several apartments. This building used to be a Bakery with shop and house after which it is now named. The apartment is new and fully furnished in a sustainable way and equipped with every comfort. The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The living space is 65 m2. On the third floor, there is a loggia where you can sit outside and enjoy the evening sun. Breakfast is available upon request.

The modern, bright apartment is in the center of Ahaus. The apartment offers enough space for three adults or two adults and two children. Located in the parallel street of the pedestrian zone and opposite the eye clinic, you will stay here centrally and yet quietly. Shops, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The castle garden with a beautiful Baroque castle is just a two-minute walk away. The apartment is about 15 km from Enschede in the Netherlands.

Our two cosy shepherd's wagons in the northern Münsterland offer you a relaxing break in the countryside. Located directly on the cycle path, close to the Dutch border – you can reach Münster in about 45 minutes. Lovingly furnished and well equipped: small kitchen, private bathroom, underfloor heating, 1.60 × 2 m foldaway bed (table during the day – bed in the evening), private terrace with a wide view of the greenery. A special place to stay for quiet breaks. 🌿

CortenHuys, luxurious wellness lodge in Twente

Welcome to CortenHuys where you can enjoy peace in a wooded environment but can also enjoy the buzz of the city if wanted. This holiday home was built in 2022 from characteristic CorTen steel. Due to wheather influences the look and feel will change over the years. Located in the rural area of Twente and close to the city Enschede. The border to Germany is marked with ancient border stones and at the end of the road.
