We rent our nice,on our property,detached holiday cottage of about 35 m2,with garden, barbecue and cozy. Seating. For the colder days, it is equipped with central heating. It is a 2-minute walk from the lake, 3 minutes from the beach,surf club. The train station is 500 m away, bakery, shopping facilities or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the doorstep, close to Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Pure relaxation on the outskirts of Berlin. The apartment is located in the countryside overlooking the forest. For business travelers, there is fast internet and couples find peace and quiet to relax. It takes about 40 minutes by car and about 45 minutes by S-Bahn to get to Alexanderplatz. Small vacation apartment

We rent a small, cozy holiday apartment with a separate entrance in our own house. Right next to the "gardens of the world" we have a lot of greenery around us, free parking and good shopping. The underground and S-Bahn (5) are 15 minutes away by bus. At Christmas time, we have particularly nice decorations and the mulled wine pot is ready. Berlin has many very beautiful Christmas markets and there is a magical light show in the nearby zoo.
