The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating system.The building is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Ghilarza’s historic centre, all amenities are easily reachable on foot. Ghilarza is located in the heart of Sardinia, near the main road that goes from the north to the south of the island, it’s an ideal starting point to discover the region and its traditions.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
