In our cozy Tiny House you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 min walk you reach our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and biking trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 min since you by car in the Franconian Lake District. Within walking distance you can also find restaurants and supermarkets in the town centre.

Charming and lovingly restored farmhouse in the countryside of Franconia. Built in 1581, the Kirchenstraße (Churches Street) Haus stands with tranquility over 430 years later. Oberdachstetten is a village of 1600 with a train stop, and close proximity to Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Nürnberg. The Forstgut Tanzenhaid in Middle Franconia is a private property. In the middle of the beautiful forest and pond landscape of Tanzenhaid lies the manor house built in 1725. This was completely renovated in 2023 and furnished according to the latest standards as a vacation home with a lot of style and attention to detail. It can be reached via private forest paths and offers our guests peace and quiet and the experience of idyllic nature with forest, water and meadows.

This large studio impresses with its exposed roof structure, which creates a very cozy atmosphere. There is permanent ventilation in the wooden house. In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures good sleep. The property has been lovingly individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sun in the garden. Charging station for electric cars (€ 0.40/kWh) available, 2 Cube eBikes and Thule Cab2 can be rented, outdoor sauna new!

Here you can switch off, soak up the sun ☀️ and let ✨ the day end under the starry sky. 💶 Note: The use of the bathtub is optional and can be booked on site for an extra €50.

Welcome, I'm Eva, your hostess. The spacious two-room apartment is located in my single-family home, which I live in with my dogs. It has a separate entrance. The saltwater pool is heated. This, the fenced garden, barbecue and terrace are at your disposal. The apartment has a living/bedroom with double bed, two single beds and a large kitchen-living room. The shower and toilet are separated. A large private sauna is at your disposal.
