Excellent location! Near tons of cafes and restaurants with loads to do! Do not follow google maps (it brings you to an empty lot) and instead check carefully the detailed guidance listed on Mane’s page on how to reach the place (my bad i didn’t check that part before). Mane is a great host always available to support. Recommended stay!

It was a wonderful stay and was very pleasant stay. It’s like we can have our privacy and felt like family home. There is no any restrictions to use kitchen and general place. But we have to be very responsible as a human being.

It was perfect for me since I needed a quiet place to focus on my online work. The internet was fast, which was a huge plus. The neighborhood was very friendly, and I enjoyed my morning walks with a stunning view of Mount Ararat on clear days. The host was super friendly and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant. If you don't mind a bit of walking, I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and productive stay.
