The house on one floor. On the first floor is a large living room with fireplace and dining room with open kitchen with central island, opening onto a large sea-view terrace with pergola. There's also a scullery with additional fridge and utility room. On this same floor there are three bedrooms, 3 separate wc's and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath), as well as access to a study with sea-view terrace. At the rear of the house, there's a second pergola with dining table, a small summer kitchen counter with sink and wood-burning barbecue. Further up, the pétanque court and sea-view pool area. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with bathrooms (shower and wc) and a suite with a very large bedroom, a TV room with a sofa bed with a very comfortable real mattress, a dressing room and a large bathroom with wc and shower. Parking spaces for 5 cars are available in front of the house at all times.
