Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Álava

It is bigger than the photos, a quiet area to rest but well connected to the entrances to the large roads nearby. Always answered questions we had quickly. Big weekend

Nora’s place was one of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. The view was stellar, the design was amazing, and every little detail was perfectly selected. Nora was always responsive, helped with any question and provided local recommendations. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back soon.

We really liked the house. When we arrived it was already warm because the host had turned on the heating beforehand. The area is nice and quiet with many things to see. I would go back to the house if we return to the area.

We have been two marriages at Feli's place. Very clean house, fully equipped and cozy and Feli very detailed. He left us breakfast, oil, salt, shampoo, gel, etc. Details that are appreciated. 100% recommended! Host is very friendly. We were well received on arrival. Josefa is very helmgul and likes to think along. He provided a list of the places of interest in the region and how long it takes to get there by car. Note: A car is a must. Listing is very authentic, open, spacious and very clean. Great location, easily accessible by car, and fully equipped. Good place to relax. Pobes is a good base to visit other nearby cities such as Bilbao and Vitoria Gasteiz. Cities as Valladolid, Pamplona and San Sebastián are easily accessible as well. Beautiful tranquil environment. Surrounded by nature and impressive height differences. Lots of natural parks nearby. We hope to get back someday!

We stayed with family for Christmas. The house is perfect for it! Both the heating and the fireplace make the house is warm even in the middle of winter. Samaniego is the perfect village to enjoy a magnificent wine experience. As for Axier's attention, it was wonderful, very easy and comfortable. We won't hesitate to repeat it! The house is in a beautiful setting, a few minutes walk from the town of Otxandio, very well connected by road in any direction. The house is very well furnished, and it is very comfortable for a large group. The rooms were spacious and the garden was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a very nice and good looking accomodation. The house was clean when we arrived. The neighbours were kind and helpful aswell. Overall a very good place to stay, would recommend!

Very rural, a tiny number of houses including the owners, nearby. An orchard - yummy plums - and outside seating. Renovated old house full of character and historic details- nice and cool on a hot day. Really lovely scenery. V. Good local walks. 15 min drive to interesting historic Orduna for supermarket/cafes. 30 mins drive to central Vitoria-Gasteiz (a great small city- Basque, interesting, non touristy). Owners happy to advise eg on local hikes.

A great choice for a peaceful break in the heart of Rioja. Ana is fantastic - full of tips and a perfect host, who met us at the door for a short tour. The house has bags of character so great to get that from her! Our week at the house was perfect - it was warm, so eating outside, using the 'summer kitchen' just inside was simple. The view of Treviana from the house is beautiful and adds a great sense of location. Worth saying there's no shop or restaurant in the town - so trips will be car based, but Haro and Logrono are amazing, and there are lots of great small towns, supermarkets and bodegas for wine tasting a short drive away. The house is huge - and i think better than the pictures. Its old and full of character and some family possessions, but from the large dusty wine cellar to the huge entry door, its really impressive. Living areas like bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens were clean and in good condition.
