The building is on the corner of the pedestrian island of Via Monferrato, full of shops, clubs and restaurants. Public parking is available for a fee in Piazza Gran Madre and nearby. The supermarket is a few meters from the house.

The price does not include the city tax which is 1,50 € per day per person, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
