The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)

There's a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The cottage is not set up for cooking. A short walk to Whole Foods, Biergarten, Funky Elephant, and others. North Berkeley Chic

The residence is a classic 1927 North Berkeley Bungalow lovingly remodeled from the foundation up leaving only the original exterior painted redwood boards while upgrading the entire interior and the Exterior ONLY will be monitored by four motion activated floodlight cameras (front, back, side and garage back door on the patio). Absolutely NO cameras indoors!!!
