Holiday rentals with a patio in Albarella

Wir haben neun Tage in der Wohnung verbracht und haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Sie ist hell, großzügig geschnitten und hat eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse! Praktisch sind vor allem auch die nah gelegenen guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en este apartamento. Está ubicado en un barrio tranquilo de Venecia, no en pleno bullicio turístico pero lo suficientemente cerca de todo. El piso es cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, ideal para descansar después de un día explorando la ciudad. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue clara y fácil en todo momento. Sin duda, una opción recomendable para quienes buscan vivir Venecia de una forma más auténtica y relajada.

A estadia foi ótima, tudo de acordo como estava anunciado. Fabrice respondeu rapidamente as minhas perguntas. Localização excelente, muito próximo da Estação de trem Santa Lúcia, o que facilitou muito nossa viagem. Super indico o apartamento! Estadia maravilhosa!

El departamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar mucho la terraza. El baño es muy amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El colchón estaba muy bien y de buenas dimensiones. Hay algunos negocios y un supermercado grande en cercanías. La caminata al centro de la ciudad es relativamente corta y agradable.

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

I really enjoyed my stay at Monica and Giuseppe's apartment. Everything was extremely clean, organized and spacious. Monica and Giuseppe were incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible with my check-in, which made the experience even more seamless. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and it is clear they put a lot of care and effort into ensuring a comfortable stay. I had such a beautiful and memorable experience. La mia famiglia ed io ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio di Ilaria che è stata molto disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutarci. Se dovessimo tornare, ci farebbe piacere alloggiare nuovamente presso la sua struttura. Grazie di tutto.

Nous avons fait un séjour d’une semaine. L’appartement est très bien situé sur Murano, face à une station de vaporetto. Coin tranquille. L’hôte nous a bien indiqué comment accéder à l’appartement. Il nous a egalement suggéré plusieurs restaurants. J’y retournerais sans aucun doute.

Our stay in Padua was marvellous. The notes and advice from our hosts, Renato and Elisabetta helped us get about, notably where to visit in such an historic city and also where to eat. Invaluable..!! We were very comfortable in the apartment that was fully equipped, very clean and it was within easy walking distance of local shops and monuments in the city centre. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. Petite maison de plein pied au milieu des champs, dans le calme absolu, à quelques mètres de la piste cyclable qui longe le canal du Pò di Venezia. Spacieuse, lumineuse, bien équipée. Marilena est une hôte charmante, toujours réactive. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions. Une endroit parfait pour un séjour relaxant au coeur du parc du Delta du Pò. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Stay here!!! THE BEST airbandb in Venice. We cannot say enough good things about this airbandb - its PERFECT! The host, Massimo, is so helpful - he arranged the taxi for our arrival and departure, was super flexible, gave us tips and showed us his place. The place: AMAZING!! renovated in a perfect quiet area but close to everything - We will be back -- Definitely more than recommend :-)

Everything was very nice. The apartment meet my expectations, it was very clean and equipped with all the necessaries. It is very nice decorated, music theme :) It a great option for two persons, you have enough space and the kitchen is equipped with all you need. The host was politely, responsive and helpful :)

Nice house in a quiet and safe area at the end of a dead-end road. The house has a nice garden outside with plenty of sun and a fence all around the property. The host is super nice and responsive and everything is well organized.

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Thanks very much.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Padua. Der Check-in war problemlos, Barbara hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung mit kleiner Terrasse ist wunderschön und gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Man kann kostenfrei vor dem Haus parken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stadt, Bahnhof sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Très bonne communication avec Francisco, l'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description Dans un quartier calme et à proximité de tous les transports (bus, bateaux et train), nous avons passé un excellent week end

Notre séjour de 7 jours à Venise formidable . Notre logement avec 1 gardien parfaitement placé et accessible par bateau bus Alilaguna en arrivant de l'aéroport ( forfait 27 euros A/R avec un arret à la station San Stae à 200 m de notre adresse) Nous avons été accueillies par Anna très chaleureusement en français. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses de restaurants MOCENIGO à 2 pas de notre logement.Aussi 1 coop . L'appartement au 2e étage était très agréable confortable avec vue sur un petit pont et canal (2 trousseaux de clefs ) pas d'ascenseur . On peut se déplacer de notre embarcadère San Stae facilement avec les vaporettos ACTV pour les iles MURANO et BURANO avec pass de 2 Jours (35 e) . Les transports étant très chers nous avons continué nos visites à pied, une carte et un bon GPS sont de rigueur, les ruelles de Venise un vrai labyrinthe ). Attention sur le bateau bus pick pocket même les plus avertis. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse .

Volle 5 Sterne von mir. Das Apartment ist super sauber, groß, hell und perfekt gelegen, 50 Metern vor dem Meer entfernt. Kommunikation mit Michaela war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich hoffe bald wieder für meinen nächsten Urlaub in Venedig zuruckzükommen!

This lovely apartment was a delightful place to stay and soak up the beauty of Venice. We loved the location next to the most beautiful church and just above a canal with gondolas floating along. The piazza below is full of activity and it was fun to sit on the terrace and watch life go by. The beds were extremely comfortable with crisp sheets and perfect pillows. The kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms so clean and full of anything we needed. We loved the comfortable couches and warm decor of the living room, a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!
