Everything you need to prepare meals and convenient to downtown and the Pantops area as well. Off street parking for one car.

Killer Downtown Efficiency

This is the coolest little efficiency in downtown Charlottesville. It's really ideal for a couple but there is a single size bunk bed if you're bringing along the third wheel. Although it'll take some climbing so make sure the third wheel isn't too squeaky. This place is great for walking to the mall and not having to drive afterwards. Central to everything around.
